Naaz Nakhra Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Naaz Nakhra! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligible for Return:

  • Clothes (except those made of Bosky fabrics)

  • Bags

  • Fragrances

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clothes made of Bosky fabrics

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Fragrances must be unopened and sealed.

How to Return:

  2. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
