1. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your desired products, adding them to the cart, and completing the checkout process with your payment details.

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery

3. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

  • Eligible: Clothes (except Bosky fabrics), bags, fragrances

  • Non-returnable: Clothes made of Bosky fabrics, gift cards, final sale items

All items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Fragrances must be unopened and sealed.


4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp (if provided). You can use this number to track your order through our courier partner’s website.


5. How long does shipping take?

  • Pakistan: 3–7 business days

  • GCC Countries: 5–12 business days (depending on location)

Shipping times may vary during peak seasons.


6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before shipping. Please contact us immediately at Contact@naaznakhra.com if you want to cancel. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.


7. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship to Pakistan and GCC countries. Shipping rates and delivery times depend on your location.
